Great News for first time buyers!

I recently found this article in the LA TIMES, I thought it was quite interesting and felt strongly with sharing this news with you. Great for my clients that have children who have currently been leasing, but who would like to buy. The article discusses this tax law that benefits the first time buyer. In addition to the great interest rates, some good opportunities ( great prices) in the real estate market combined with this tax law is a great incentive.
