1) Hire photographer to take pictures & do virtual tour for the MLS and all Internet sites
2) Advertise in Newspapers, Magazines, Just Listed post-cards and all Internet Sites – ie) CaliforniaMoves.com, Coldwell Banker.com, Realtor.com, Google.com, yahoo!Realestate.com, Trulia.com, NYTimes.com, Openhouse.com
3) We hold open houses.
