Dear Kathy,
Don and I wanted you to know that we are ready to sell our Malibu home and would greatly appreciate your service and guidance, again. Having your expertise during our previous three real estate transactions from the pre listing, listing, and closing process proved so valuable that we would never consider putting a property on the market again with out you representing us. We have purchased and sold many properties in the last 30 years and have worked with many Realtors. In fact, we considered ourselves fairly knowledgeable in the real estate process, however we learned so much and had so much success in 2005 as a result of your guidance that we are excited to work with you again.
